Team Perspective gives your team an equal voice
Every team contributor has a perspective. We help you collect it, structure it, and act on it — before it shows up in your team performance.
Team Members
Is there something holding your team back? Do you have silent frustrations that you feel are not worth the personal risk of sharing? If there are, it is likely not just you that feels that way. Put your points across and find the gains that your team will need. Feel empowered to request change and demand more from your entire team.
Team Managers
Get the true sentiment of your entire team. Put the 'my door is always open' idea into actual practice. Remove your management team's biases to find the path to a genuinely empowered team environment. Find the extra percentages you need from what you already have.
Organizational Leaders
Are you a board member or a leader of multiple teams within your organisation? If you are, you might want to stop to check what you are basing your knowledge of what the prevailing sentiment is within your teams. We are consistently swayed by individuals and not the collective. While you wait for results, are you sure that your teams have everything they need to succeed?
Every voice on the team, in one place
Team Perspective empowers you to reveal the truth about how your team is running, removing biases and opening the door to engagement in one easy-to-use tool.
Feedback from those who matter
Give all team contributors an equal opportunity to have their voice heard. Everyone contributing to your team is given a voice. Avoid bias, avoid favourites, open door in action.
Anonymity guaranteed
Management can only see who has responded, not what responses each individual has submitted. Find the truth with the protection of identity.
Structured and consistent questioning
Every perspective follows a consistent structure you can track over time. We will help you ask the right questions, not just any questions.
Built for every team
Sports teams, work teams, any team — Team Perspective works for teams of all shapes and sizes. Organisations with one team or many teams are supported.
Spot problems before they become a crisis
Frustration, tension, burnout: surface them early with regular check-ins, before they show up in your results.
Create a culture of shared responsibility
No single team member is responsible for identifying factors holding your team back. Team Perspective spreads the responsibility.
Oversight is enabled
Permissioned leadership is given the opportunity to be plugged in to what is happening on the ground.
Build quality team reviews
Team meetings, training weekends and offsites all offer opportunities for team reflection. Team Perspective offers an ideal tool to facilitate genuinely engaging conversations.
How Team Perspective works
Six steps to unlock the truth from your team.
Get access and invite your team
Tell us about your team and an admin sets up your manager account. Then invite your people by email or Excel upload.
Build your perspective
A perspective is a short, structured set of questions for your team. Pick from a curated question bank or write your own, choose which roles to ask, review it, and launch. Everyone is notified by email.
Your team responds, anonymously
Members answer on their own time. Managers can see who has responded and send reminders, but never who said what.
Close it and see the results
Once it closes, or you end it early when everyone has responded, get a clear summary for each question.
Make adjustments
Take what the results show you and act on it — address what's holding the team back before it becomes entrenched.
Repeat at strategic moments
Run a new perspective at the natural checkpoints in your calendar, and track how things shift over time. Reusable templates make this an easy task, or alternatively introduce new questions to find more perspectives.
Who is Team Perspective for?
Everyone with a stake in how the team is really doing.
Clubs
Give your club leadership an insight into what is really happening with each individual team. Give each of your team managers just the tool to go beyond bias and deal with problems before results show those problems. Give all your members a chance to voice their opinions in a confidential and protected manner.
Companies
An annual engagement survey that gets read once and filed away doesn't tell you what's actually happening on a team. Run a perspective whenever you need a real read on morale, workload, or trust in leadership. Genuine anonymity and a platform run by an external party ensure that people actually tell you the truth.
Community/Volunteer Groups
Committees and volunteer-run groups depend on goodwill, but goodwill goes quiet when speaking up means an awkward conversation with a friend or a long-serving chair at the next meeting. Give members and volunteers a way to say what's really working — and what isn't — without anyone having to put their name to it.
